Payment

All prices are stated in Danish kroner incl. VAT.

The prices only apply to orders for delivery in Denmark, not including Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

 

We accept payment with VISA-Dankort, Mastercard, Mobilepay, ViaBill and Paypal. We do not charge card fees and payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.

 

All transactions are of course encrypted for your security, the whole eclshop.dk runs on SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, which means that your card information is in safe hands.

 

If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the objection scheme. Read more about the terms and conditions on PayPal's website.

 

Payment via ViaBill:

When purchasing with ViaBill, you will first receive your goods. Then you have to pay yours

monthly benefit on the 20th of each month.

If you regret your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill terminates. ViaBill finances purchases for up to DKK 2,000. Amounts over DKK 2,000 are financed in collaboration with SparXpress.

If you already have a Viabill account, it costs DKK 39. in fee every month.

Shipping and delivery with DAO, GLS or PostNord

 

Delivery time:

We ship the same day or the day after your order, if the item is in stock (Ie 1 to 3 days delivery). If one or more items are in remote stock, your order will be sent as soon as the item / items are in stock (ie 3 to 5 days delivery)

 

We deliver with DAO, GLS and Postnord both to parcel shops, private and business addresses. We have free shipping on all orders over 299, - to GLS parcel shop. Orders under 299, - cost:

- GLS to Pakkeshop - 1-2 weekdays - DKK 29.

- GLS - Distribution to private - 1-3 working days - DKK 66.25.

- GLS - Distribution to businesses - 1-3 working days - DKK 61.25.

- DAO Pakkeshop - 2-4 days - 35kr.

- DAO Direct - 2-4 days - DKK 49.

- PostNord Pakkeshop - 2-4 weekdays - DKK 50.

- PostNord - Distribution to private - 2-4 working days - DKK 81.25.

 

 

All orders placed before 16.00 will as a general rule be sent from us the same day and delivered the next day (on weekdays).

 

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item or gets the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement on several different items, which are ordered in one order and which are delivered individually. In the case of an agreement on regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item in physical possession. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by email to kontakt@theflavourshop.dk or by using the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions. In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.

You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.

Return

You must return your order to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the item. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.

Lack of original packaging may possibly constitute an impairment, so to be sure of being able to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in original packaging.

Please note we do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery.
